D146 by Officina Magisafi
The project D146, designed and curated by Officina Magisafi, focuses on the transformation of the attic space within a two-level residence. This design features an apartment within an apartment, where the clients expressed a desire for a master area that stands apart from the rest of the dwelling, encompassing a bedroom, walk-in closets, and a bathroom.

Central to the design is a bespoke wall paneling system, which not only organizes the spaces effectively but also integrates wardrobes seamlessly while concealing the television behind a semi-reflective mirror. This thoughtful approach liberates the vertical dimensions of the interiors, allowing for the strategic placement of a partition that elegantly suspends the custom-designed sink in Ceppo di Grè on one side and the bathroom fixtures on the other.
In keeping with the overall aesthetic, the choice of faucets is anchored in the Stereo collection, the stainless steel bathroom fittings designed by Luca Papini. The sleekness and minimalism of this collection resonate harmoniously with the design ethos of the project, embracing a refined simplicity that emphasizes the use of noble and pure materials throughout the renovation. This commitment to minimalist design not only enhances the spatial experience but also contributes to an atmosphere of tranquil sophistication within the home.
